Nourishing food, laughter, sunshine, daily classes and reflection, a sunset catamaran cruise and incredible nature surroundings will guide our week... leaving you feeling lit up and rejuvenated in every way.

THE RESORT

Nestled amongst lush jungle and beautiful surf, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a world-renowned destination for yogis, surfers and soul seekers. The resort is a beautiful oasis highlighting luxury accommodations, amazing staff, incredible food, serene salt water pools and winding jungle pathways. We gather in beautiful nature-immersed yoga shalas where we can truly tap into the profound energy of our surroundings. The resort is a 15-minute stroll to local shops and markets and the surf-friendly beach of Playa Guiones.

OUR TIME TOGETHER

Daily or twice daily yoga classes: holistic practices to get our bodies and breath flowing in harmony
3 professional surf lessons with local instructors (beginners are very welcome!)
One sunset dinner at our favorite beach restaurant
Private sunset catamaran cruise
Midday free time for relaxation or adventuring
beach sunsets or sunset yoga classes

Sample Day:

7:15-8:30am Morning Yoga

8:30-9:30am Breakfast

10:30-12pm Surf lesson

12-4:30pm Lunch and free time

4:30-6pm Restorative Yoga

6:30pm dinner & socializing

Shuttles from Liberia airport range from $45 + tax one way (group) to $160 + tax one way (private).

ABOUT US!

Welcome!! We are Melissa (left) and Becky (right). We connected many years ago at a yoga training right here in Nosara, Costa Rica. We went our separate ways until this magical portal reunited us several years later. We are soul friends and dreamers and we both share a passion for expansion and growth through intentional practices and pushing the edges of comfort zones. We both love this land that we now call home and absolutely love sharing it with others. If you hear the call, it’s a sure sign that you are ready to shine brighter and lean in with us. We can’t wait to be part of it!
