Hello beautiful soul, welcome to this journey! I am Becky and I am here to be a guide of activation and expansion. My mission is to help you connect with deeper layers of yourself, remember your true power and align with your brightest potential. Yoga retreats are my passion and the gift that I wish to share with the world.
My classes include elements of energizing flowing vinyasa, gentle stretching, various breathwork techniques and the stillness of yin and restorative yoga. Practicing together in beautiful locations surrounded by incredible nature is life changing. It's OK if you have not been consistent with your yoga lately! Retreats are the perfect place to find your way back
